Dry and windy conditions is making for another busy day for Oklahoma firefighters.
The town of Velma, Oklahoma, in Stephens County, had to be evacuated due to the approach of a large wildfire, officials tell News 9. It is unclear if any structures have burned, so far.
Crews in Lincoln County were called out to the scene of a wildfire that flared up near the town of Meeker, Oklahoma. The fire has burned approximately 150 acres of land. Right now, no structures have been damaged or destroyed.
The cause of the fires have not yet been determined. So far, there has not been any word of injuries with any of the fires.
