Omelets In A Bag

• 2 eggs
• Salt/pepper
• Crumbled sausage and bacon, cooked
• Assorted veggies chopped
• Shredded cheese, your choice
• Quart size Ziploc bags

1. Bring a large stockpot of water to a rolling boil.
2. To assemble omelet: place two eggs in the Ziploc bag.
3. Use a spoon to scramble the eggs and careful not to puncture the bag.
4. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
5. Then add 1 teaspoon of the toppings you enjoy to the bag.
6. Fold the bag over so that there are no air bubbles in the bag and then seal completely.
7. Place the bag into the boiling water and cook for 13 minutes. Feel free to cook multiple bags at one time.
8. Carefully remove the bags from the water.
9. Using scissors, cut open the bag and serve!
10. Store any unused cooked omelets in the refrigerator and warm up in the microwave!
