Basic Banana Bread

  • 2 Sticks unsalted Butter
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 bananas mashed
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray 2 loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Beat together the sugar and butter till light and fluffy.
  4. Add in the eggs, vanilla, baking soda and salt and mix to combine.
  5. Stir in the bananas and flour and stir till flour is completely mixed in.
  6. Evenly divide the batter into the loaf pans and bake for 1 hour.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool thoroughly before slicing.
