A new co-working space will be opening in Edmond in early 2018.
Vault 405 is located in the old Citizens Bank building on Broadway and run by the bank.
Entrepreneurs like Tanner Tate are already filling it up before it even opens.
Tate’s web design company, Unknown.Studio, will occupy an office in Vault 405.
“We really wanted to surround ourselves with a community of other like-minded entrepreneurs and startups small businesses,” Tate said. That’s the appeal of the locations.
Starting in spring, startups can move in to share desks and occupy temporary offices.
“I would even say more than half the offices already claimed or leased,” Citizens Bank Project Coordinator for Vault 305, Marla Lance, said.
Lance says the bank couldn’t found the right fit for the vacant building, until now.
“Edmond, in itself, has lots of local businesses that you wouldn't even know are here,” Lance said.
The co-working and startup trend seems to be spreading in Edmond. Vault 405 is one of numerous co-working spaces in the area.
Those interested in the space can visit the Vault 405 website for information.
