The weather may be cold on Friday, but area motorcyclists are gearing up to bring Christmas cheer to some very special children.

Hundreds of bikers will ride Sunday with Santa Claus to the homes of 10 metro children fighting cancer and give the children thousands of dollars worth of presents. It's the 7th Annual Bob Stoops Champions Foundation 'Be A Champion' Toy Run.

Families battling cancer often don’t have the money or the time to shop for gifts. That’s where these big-hearted bikers come in. To ensure bikers’ safety, there will be a police escort.

If you have a motorcycle and would like to join in, bring an unwrapped toy to Fort Thunder Harley Davidson, 500 SW 11th Street in Moore on Sunday morning.

Registration begins at 8 a.m., and kickstands up at 10 a.m.
