California Police Arrest Man Wanted In OKC Shooting

Police arrest an Oklahoma City man in California.

James Franklin, 60, is accused of shooting his wife at their NW Oklahoma City home on November 2.

Court records show the victim threatened to leave Franklin when he grabbed a handgun and shot her in the chest.

He’s been on the run since – until police tracked him down in California this week. He faces several charges including shooting with intent to kill.

The victim survived.
