Teen Stabbed In Shawnee Wal-Mart Parking Lot

A man will appear before a Pottawatomie County judge tomorrow after an alleged stabbing of a teenager at the Walmart in Shawnee. Roy Harjo is in jail on an assault and battery charge.

The Shawnee News-Star reports that stabbing happened late Friday night. Police told the paper this started as a fight and Harjo allegedly assaulted a woman.

A 17-year-old allegedly tried to intervene when that teen was stabbed. No word yet on the teen's condition.
