An Oklahoma federal judge has dismissed a case against EMSA over its fees.
The suit alleged EMSA defrauded Tulsa residents by overcharging for accessing the subscription program through City of Tulsa utility fees.
This decision has no effect on the federal kickback lawsuit EMSA is facing in Texas.
