OKLAHOMA CITY - One person is dead Monday morning after an auto-pedestrian crash in northwest Oklahoma City, police said.

The crash happened about 6:15 a.m. near Melrose Lane and Rockwell Avenue.

A man dressed in all black was walking in a southbound lane when a vehicle hit the pedestrian. 

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
