Oklahoma City Police arrested a man for a stabbing a person in the neck Sunday evening. Police were called to a 7-Eleven store at SE 15th and High where they found the victim. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.Sunday, October 8th 2017, 8:30 pm
