Ricotta Fig Toast

• 2 slices sourdough, toasted
• Ricotta cheese
• Sliced fresh figs
• Honey
• Olive oil
• Sliced almonds

1. Once the bread is toasted brush with melted butter.
2. Add a smear of ricotta cheese and then sliced figs.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and honey.
4. Sprinkle with almonds.

Strawberry And Cream Toast

• Marscarpone cheese
• Strawberries, sliced
• Honey

1. Once the bread is toasted brush with melted butter.
2. Add a smear of mascarpone and slices of strawberry.
3. Drizzle with honey.
