Total Eclipse Of The Heart Bundt Cake

  • 1 devils food cake mix
  • 1 (3.4 oz) instant chocolate fudge pudding
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Ghirardelli semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 container chocolate fudge frosting
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl beat together the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, oil and sour cream till there are no lumps.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips and stir.
  5. Pour the cake batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until a cooked through completely.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes.
  8. Invert the cake onto a plate.
  9. Warm the frosting in the microwave for 40 seconds.
  10. Pour over the top of the cake.
  11. Serve!
