Easy Salsa Recipe

  • 5-7 tomatoes (stems only removed)
  • 1-2 jalapeños
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion (cut into quarters)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  1. In a slow cooker place all of the vegetables except for the cilantro and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
  2. Once the salsa is done cooking use a ladle to carefully scoop out the tomatoes and veggies into a food processor or blender.
  3. Add the bunch of cilantro and pulse.
  4. Store in mason jars in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or process the jars according to canning guidelines.
  5. Enjoy with your favorite chips or on grilled chicken and fish.
