Guilt Free Peaches and Cream Cheesecake
- 2 containers light cream cheese
- 1 cup Braums vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
- 1 cup Granola
- Fresh sliced peaches
- 6 -1/2 pint jars
- Wash and dry your pint jars and lids. Set aside.
- In a medium sized bowl beat together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice and zest, and honey till smooth.
- To assemble: place 1/4 cup granola in the bottom of 4 pint sized jars.
- Add scoops of the cream cheese filling to the jars and top with peaches.
- Place the jars in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Add whipped cream before serving.
