Spinach Artichoke Queso

  • 1 block Velveeta cheese, melted
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 1 package frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • Milk
  1. In a medium sized bowl melt the Velveeta in the microwave.
  2. While the cheese is melting, make sure to squeeze out any excess water from the spinach.
  3. Stir in the tomatoes, spinach and artichoke hearts.
  4. Cook in the microwave for an additional 2-3 minutes to make sure everything is warm.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips!
