Pep In Your Step Bites

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup hemp flour
  • 5 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and stir till everything is combined.
  2. Refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes.
  3. Use a small cookie scoop to dip out and then roll to make then about the size of a ping-pong ball. Chill.
