Hot Garlic Monkey Bread

Hot Garlic Monkey Bread

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  1. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Open the biscuit and cut each biscuit into 8 pieces.
  3. In a large bowl combine the melted butter, chopped garlic, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese.
  4. Add the biscuit pieces to the butter mixture and toss to coat all of the pieces.
  5. Then place between 5-6 pieces of buttered dough in each muffin tin.
  6. Continue till all of the pieces are gone and then bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve warm with your favorite pasta.
