Skies stay clear Monday night and the wind will stay up out of the south. Temperatures will only drop to around 40 degrees Tuesday morning in the metro.

Wind will increase out of the southwest Tuesday, pushing temperatures into the low 70s under mostly sunny skies.

The fire threat will be high to extreme in central Oklahoma. As the dry storm system passes through tomorrow much cooler temperatures will follow on Wednesday.
