Competency Hearing Begins Today In Cushing Knife Attack

This morning, a Payne County court will begin the process of deciding whether Joel Walker is competent to stand trial.

Back in October, Walker forced his way into Cushing's Beasley Technology and started chasing and slashing a worker with a knife. The president of the company tackled Walker. 

Court records show that Walker was ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation during a domestic abuse case in 2015.
