Balsamic Chicken

  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 pound Chicken tenders
  • 1 pound fresh Green beans
  • 2 Portabella Mushroom caps, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Balsamic vinegar glaze
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat brown the chicken tenders.
  2. Remove from the skillet. Add the Italian dressing and honey to the skillet and sauté the green beans, and mushrooms with the garlic.
  3. After about 5 minutes gently browning the veggies place the lid on the pot to gently steam the veggies till the green beans are tender.
  4. Add the chicken back to the veggies and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  5. Toss together with veggies and serve.
