2 cups fresh grapefruit and orange segments (citrus segments from Braum's)
2 cups jicama, cut into small matchsticks
2 bunches watercress or big b lettuce
1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
In a mason jar, combine the orange juice, rice vinegar, agave nectar, mustard and lime zest. Season the dressing with salt and pepper. Shake the jar to mix the dressing.
Add all of the fresh citrus and vegetable ingredients to a large bowl.
Drizzle with dressing and toss.
Serve!
