The Art of a Charcuterie Board

  • Assorted cheese (Parmesan, gouda, brie, goat and stinky cheese)
  • Assorted salami or sausages
  • almonds or nuts of your choice
  • olives
  • gherkin pickles
  • sweet jam
  • apricots or grapes
  • amaretto almond honey
  1. Place all of the ingredients on a large cutting board or serving board.
  2. Arrange the cheeses and meats on the board. Fill in the spaces with nuts and dried fruits.
  3. Add the honey and sweet jams in tiny dishes.
  4. Garnish with rosemary sprigs.

How to make amaretto honey:

  • 1 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons toasted almonds
  • 1 tablespoon amaretto liquor.
  1. Stir together and serve with your favorite cheese board.
  2. Store the honey in the fridge until you are ready to use.
