The judge in the Adacia Chambers’ case will allow photos of the victims during the trial.

During a hearing Tuesday morning, the judge ruled against the defense’s motion for prohibiting the use of photos of the victims and a motion to instruct members of the victims' family to not show any emotion during the trial or be seated near the jury.

Chambers’ attorney, Tony Coleman, has also asked to change the location of the trial to somewhere outside of Payne County. The judge denied the change of venue request Tuesday afternoon.

Chambers is accused of killing four people and injuring 42 others after driving into a crowd at the OSU homecoming parade last fall. She pleaded not guilty to all charges against her.

News 9 will be at the courtroom all day to make updates.
