Scott Brooks should be welcomed back to the Peake with a standing ovation and an L.

Considering the holes OKC has in it's roster, the holes in Washington are much more obvious. As good as Brooks was able to bring along the young pieces Sam Presti drafted, the Wizards do not have the same type of talent like the Thunder had five years ago.

Wall and Beal are not the cornerstones the Wizards hoped they would be. In fairness, it's tough to win games (even in the Eastern Conference) with zero bench options. On average, their starting five accounts for 81 percent of their total points. By contrast, the Thunder's starting five scores 68 percent of their average points.

Billy Donovan's lineup options can be a little more diverse than Brooks' because, believe it or not, the Thunder's bench is much better than the Wizards.

As for what we can expect to see tonight, I don't know. I've been wrong a lot so far this season. The Thunder have plenty or ways to exploit the Wizards. Russ against Wall and Andre Roberson against Beal will be fun matchups to watch. Steven Adams should embarrass Gortat. Enes Kanter should grab 12 offensive rebounds.

Victor Oladipo's shooting percentage has held steady over the last eight games, only dipping below 46 percent once. That was two nights ago against the Knicks when he shot 36 percent. It seems as though his production is the only real question OKC has. When his game levels off this season and we know what we can expect from him night in and night out, good or less than good, it'll be easier for Presti to assess just what his team lacks to compete with Golden State, San Antonio, and the Clippers.
