Neighborhood In NW OKC Evacuated After Gas Line Cut

Residents in a northwest OKC neighborhood are being evacuated after a gas line was accidentally cut, Monday morning.

Authorities say a medium pressure gas line was cut by a contractor digging in the 3400 block of NW 15th St., in the area of NW16th St. and I-44. All of NW 15th St., between N. Grand Blvd. and N. Woodward Ave., was evacuated due to the leak, according to the Oklahoma City Fire Department. 

Hazmat crews and ONG is on the scene.
