Oklahoma City Man Arrested For Severe Animal Cruelty

Oklahoma City Police arrested Franklin Maddox for animal cruelty late Sunday night.

Police say they received a call from a neighbor of Maddox's at Quail Lake Apartments in NW OKC who heard a dog squealing.

When they arrived, they found Maddox's dog severely beaten. The dog is in critical condition.
