OKLAHOMA CITY - One of Donald Trump's first actions as president will be to appoint a Supreme Court justice.

This judge will likely be the key to the high court leaning conservative and possibly overturning Roe v. Wade.

Oklahoma senator James Lankford is one of the most out-spoken pro-life senators and over the phone yesterday he said he too would like the states to have control.

By law, once Trump nominates a judge, the Senate will have to confirm him or her before he or she can become a Supreme Court justice.
