YUKON, Oklahoma - A Yukon man is facing multiple child pornography complaints following an undercover investigation initiated by Stillwater Police.

It started in October, when Stillwater Police notified the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office that child pornography was being shared from a computer at a home in Yukon.

A search warrant was obtained and investigators contacted the suspect, 26-year-old William Reeves, at his job at the Mable Fry Public Library on Nov. 3. Officers took Reeves back to his home and executed the warrant.

During the search, investigators uncovered more than 16,000 images and videos of graphic child pornography on five different devices. Investigators say, not only were the files recently downloaded, but Reeves also allegedly had software on his smart phone to download more child porn remotely.

“I believe Reeves’ sexual obsession with children was so strong, it forced him to keep his child pornography close.  It wouldn’t surprise me a bit if we discover real live victims as a result of this investigation,” said Chris West, Canadian County Undersheriff.

So far no information obtained in the investigation suggests Reeves victimized any children himself. He was arrested and booked into the Canadian County Jail on five counts of Aggravated Possession of Child Pornography. Bond was set at $250,000 and he remains behind bars.
