Oklahoma City police are asking for help in recovering a work pickup that police say thieves stole from the Southwest Integris Medical Center parking lot Sunday morning.

Surveillance cameras showed a red sedan approach a black and gray Ford F-350 extended cab just before 9 a.m.

Two people were inside the car. One of them got out and gained entry into the truck, and then drove away.

The pickup belongs to an area homebuilder who had been at the hospital visiting a sick loved one.

She said the thieves not only got the truck, but also a laptop, and pages and pages of sensitive personal information about clients, and a lot of work tools.

“I’m very concerned about you know, I’m very worried about the documents I keep in there. You know, identity theft; that’s what worries me,” she said.

The theft victim is offering a $2,000 reward for any who returns the truck and its contents.

New 9 checked with police Monday afternoon and they say since it just happened Sunday, they are early in their investigation.
