NORMAN, Oklahoma - Tristen Killman-Hardin, who pleaded no contest two counts of rape in 2015, was arrested again on Wednesday near Norman North High School.

Killman-Hardin was sentenced to 10 years in prison, with eight years suspended. He was required to register as sex offender.

According to the Norman Transcript, "Killman-Hardin said he was 'waiting for a friend' at the school."

Killman-Hardin was charged on a count of Sex Offenders Violating the Safety Zone.

This story previously stated that Judge Jeff Virgin was involved in the original rape case against Killman-Hardin. That information is incorrect and has been removed.
