The Thunder has traded reserve forward Ersan Ilyasova and a conditional draft pick for Sixers forward Jerami Grant, per Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski.

Grant is a third-year small forward out of Syracuse who averaged 9.7 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.6 blocks last season for Philadelphia. The 22-year-old is very athletic and defensive-minded, basically the opposite of Ilyasova.

The Sixers were attracted to Ilyasova's shooting and spacing ability while the Thunder has long been interested in acquiring Grant.

Ilyasova came to the Thunder in the Serge Ibaka trade over the summer. He averaged 5.0 points and 5.3 rebounds in three games with the Thunder this season.
