Rat Infested Cupcakes

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup peanut butter chips
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 3 eggs
• Chocolate frosting
• Plastic rats

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
3. In a medium mixing bowl beat together the cake mix, milk, vegetable oil and eggs.
4. In a small bowl, toss together the flour and peanut butter chips.
5. Stir in the peanut butter chips into the cake batter.
6. Using an ice cream scoop fill the muffin cups 3/4 of the way full.
7. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until cooked through.
8. Allow the cupcakes to cool and then frost with chocolate icing.
9. Use a fork to scrape away the edges (look like rat nibbles) and top with a plastic rat.
