Week 8 Game Of The Week: Minco-Wayne

With November approaching fast, we're already at Week 8 of the high school football season and, tonight, some of the biggest matchups around the state are in the smaller classes. We begin with a battle of Bulldogs in our Game of the Week.

Scoreless in the second quarter Wayne's Braden Smith with some tough running and he doesn't go down! Smith's 13-yard run makes it 7-0 Wayne.

Back comes Minco on the next possession. Tucker Halstead, right up the middle, 63 yards nearly untouched and we're tied 7-7.

The Bulldogs beat each other up on the ground. Smith took another carry 43 yards to the house to give the lead back to Wayne, 14-7.

But, Minco comes back to hand Wayne its first loss of the year, 22-20 the final.
