Prosecutors charged a Tulsa woman with manslaughter in the death of a pedestrian last month.

Lindsey Erin Smith, 25, faces one count of first-degree manslaughter and one count of failure to yield to a pedestrian in the September 25th incident.

Police say witnesses told officers, the man was crossing Peoria in Brookside when a car hit and dragged him down the street before crashing into a bush.  The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
