Meth Found Inside Car After Crash On Tulsa Highway

Police are looking for a driver who ran away after a rollover crash on a downtown Tulsa highway early Friday, leaving an injured passenger as well as meth inside the car.

Officers said the 1 a.m. crash happened where the Tisdale Expressway meets Interstate-244.  They said the car was going too fast, causing the driver to lose control and roll off the highway and down an embankment.

Police said a 26-year-old female passenger was taken to a Tulsa hospital with multiple injuries.

Inside the car, police said they also recovered a large quantity of what appears to be crystal meth.
