Two homes evacuated after a gas line hit in NW Oklahoma City Thursday afternoon.

Shortly before 4:30 p.m., OKC fire crews responded to a call concerning a gas line in the area of N. Miller between 24th and 25th Streets.

According to OKCFD, a gas line was hit by a backhoe. As a precaution, two homes have been evacuated until ONG can repair the line.

A Hazmat crew is also monitoring the scene.
