The man who's been convicted of driving under the influence and killing an eight-year-old in a car crash is scheduled to be sentenced by a judge Monday afternoon.
A Tulsa County jury convicted Jack O'Donnell last week. Jurors recommended 12 years in prison for manslaughter and another two years for driving under the influence.

In 2014, O'Donnell was driving a truck with a trailer on Highway 169 when he slammed into the back of a Honda Accord. Eight-year-old Katelyn Chambers was killed; her father was left with severe head trauma and Katelyn's 5-year-old brother was also hurt.
A police affidavit shows O'Donnell's blood test came back showing drugs in his system, including marijuana.
