Officers found a man lying in the street while patrolling in NE OKC late Saturday night.

Police say they found the man at NE 36th St. just before 11:30 p.m. They believe someone hit him with their car.

“The events leading up to the reason why he is laying in the roadway is very unclear right now,” said OKC Officer Jeff Dutton.

At this time, police have not released the victim’s name but say the investigation is ongoing as they search for the driver who hit the victim.
