Child Reportedly Struck By SUV In Edmond

EDMOND, Oklahoma -

Emergency crews were called to the scene of a crash involving an SUV and a 12-year-old girl near N. Penn. Ave. and Danforth Rd. in Edmond, Monday afternoon.

First responders were called to the scene just before 3 p.m. According to police, the your girl was attempting to cross the street, but failed to look both ways before she was struck by a Toyota 4Runner.

The girl, who has not been identified, was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
