A convicted registered sex offender in Enid is facing new charges.

Thunder Cloud Garza appeared in a Garfield County courtroom to face those charges and pleaded not guilty.

Eight new charges were filed Monday afternoon. They include one count of First-Degree Rape, three counts of Lewd Molestation and four counts of Making and Possessing Child Pornography.

Garza, 25, avoided cameras as he was led out of jail along with several other inmates. He was arrested back in August accused of passing forged checks. But Enid Police say a search of his cell phone revealed graphic video of him with children.

Garza has already been convicted of raping two teenagers. He was released in January 2016 and placed on the sex offender registry.

In newly filed court papers, Garza is accused of raping a 5-year-old child. He is also accused of other sex acts involving a 1-year-old child and recording all of it on his cell phone.

Garza is currently being held on more than $2-million bond. His next court date has been set for Oct. 31.
