Austin Seibert Named Big 12 Special Teams Player Of The Week

Oklahoma kicker/punter Austin Seibert has been named Big 12 Special Teams Player of the Week the conference announced Monday.

The sophomore made all seven PATs and hit a 35-yard field goal to put the Sooners ahead 52-46. He also averaged 44.0 yards on five punts.

Last year, Seibert was named to the Freshman All-America Team by the Football Writers Association of America and was a Ray Guy Award semifinalist.
