Walters Boy, 12, Missing Since Thursday

Walters Police say Kenneth Ballard, 12, has run away from home. 

Ballard, with a proven medical or physical disability, left his home around 7 p.m. Thursday night. Police found a note saying he was leaving and not coming back.  

Ballard left riding a midnight blue mountain bike but police and his family don't know where or in which direction he is going. He packed his blue and white backpack with his survival books and gear to take with him.
