The Reverend Al Sharpton led a march and rally Tuesday in Tulsa, 11 days after a police officer shot and killed 40-year-old Terence Crutcher.

Hundreds of protesters marched several blocks to Tulsa City Hall.

Sharpton hosted another rally Tuesday night at the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame.

"I didn't come to start trouble,I came to stop trouble," Sharpton said.

Tulsa police officer Betty Shelby was charged with first-degree manslaughter.

Sharpton said other officers who witnessed the shooting should also be under scrutiny.
