Oklahoma County Sheriff’s deputies rescued a hunter who fell from a tree over the weekend.
According to the Sheriff’s office, the man fell 25 to 30 feet from a tree while preparing for the upcoming hunting season near the 10100 block of N. XXX Road. However, when deputies were responding to the scene, they learned that the area was too remote and wooded to be accessed by an ambulance.
A deputy located the man and used a Sheriff’s office pickup truck to bring him and rescuers to an ambulance.
The man has been transported to the hospital. His condition is unclear at this time.
