A man wanted in connection with the death of a Moore man back in 2012 turns himself into police.

The OSBI says 41-year-old Jason Diamond turned himself in Friday at the Cleveland County Jail.

Agents arrested a second suspect, 30-year-old Billyjack Phillips, last week.

Diamond and Phillips were wanted for the April 2012 death of 44-year-old William Cooksey.

Court records do not list an attorney for either suspect.

Police say Cooksey was found dead in the driveway of his home after Phillips and Diamond drove there from Dallas to pick up the belongings of Phillips' mother, who was married to Cooksey and had been fighting with him.

The OSBI says the men fought and Cooksey was knocked to the ground, stomped on and kicked.

An autopsy found Cooksey died of blunt force injuries and possible asphyxia.
