Police Investigate Deadly Shooting In Northwest OKC

Oklahoma City police are investigating a homicide after one person was found shot and killed in the parking lot of a motel early Wednesday morning.

Police said they responded to a shots-fired call around 4:30 a.m. at the Super 8 motel at N.W. 39th and May. They said the victim was found dead in the parking lot with a gunshot wound in the chest.

Police currently have no witnesses.  

The victim has been identified as 31-year-old Steven Pedigo. Detectives are working to develop leads, but at this time, there is no suspect information.
