Logan County Sheriff’s deputies arrested two people in connection to the robbery of a grocery store.

According to the Sheriff’s office, at about 10 p.m. on September 5, a suspect walked into Lakeview Grocery, located at Seward Road and Sooner Road. The suspect was wearing a light blue hoody sweatshirt with white print of the front, a light blue baseball cap and a pull over type Halloween mask with black hair and a skeleton face on it.

Deputies said the suspect held up a sign that read, “give me all the cash” and the store clerk gave the suspect several bank bags of money.  The suspect then left the store headed westbound on Seward Road.

Investigators later determined that 33-year-old Christopher Lee Self and 21-year-old Sunshine Meadows Davis were responsible for the robbery.  A search warrant was served on Self’s home in the 6300 block of W. Camp Road in Logan County, and money believed to be proceeds from the robbery was found in the home.

Self and Meadows were arrested at Self’s home and booked into the Logan County Jail for robbery and conspiracy charges.
