Police Make Arrest After Short Pursuit

Oklahoma City police arrest a driver after he failed to pull over for a routine traffic stop. 

Near S Durland and SE 49th, the driver ignored the officer's attempts to pull over, leading a chase that hit up to 90 mph. 

At that high speed, the driver intentionally tried to run over another officer with his car but missed. 

The chase came to an end after OKCPD brought in Air One and laid down stop sticks, forcing the driver to abandon the car around S Stiles and SE 67th. 

Police quickly caught up to the driver-turned-pedestrian who is now in custody.
