Some Oklahoma State University football players are talking to the media before the weekly news conference with Coach Mike Gundy. NewsOn6.com live streams Gundy's post-game talks every week.

This week, they are changing up the usual schedule with players coming to the mike before the coach. Quarterback Mason Rudolph is one of the players who answered questions.

Oklahoma State dropped to Central Michigan 30-27 Saturday after the Chippewas converted a Hail Mary with zero seconds on the clock.

Mason said they were ready to move past the Hail Mary pass and controversial call that ended Saturday's game.

"There's always going to be setbacks or adversity, and you find out who you are as a leader and you find out who you are as a team," Rudolph said.

Oklahoma State dropped out of The Associated college football poll top 25 after a controversial loss.

Gundy said he wasn't so much angry or disappointed but determined to move forward. Despite that attitude, he said he won't be able to forget what happened.

"When I'm involved in a game like that, that's something that will come across my mind 500 times if I live long enough," he said. "Forever. Those games never get away from you."

He said the officials "screwed it up," but he wouldn't change the play that resulted in the intentional grounding call.

"The only thing I was deficient in was knowing the rule," he said, adding there's a good chance the rule will be changed.

If they had played a better game, it wouldn't have come down to the end, he noted.

"Game's over," Gundy said.

Chad Whitener also spoke to the media, noting that everything the team wants to accomplish is still on the table - they didn't lose a conference game.

Also on Sunday, Big 12 football coordinator of officials Walt Anderson announced a two-game suspension of the two-person instant replay crew that worked Saturday's Central Michigan at Oklahoma State game.

"The crew missed an opportunity to advise the MAC officiating crew of the misapplication of the penalty giving CMU an untimed down that resulted in its game-winning touchdown," he said.

"NCAA rules permit instant replay to correct egregious errors and it is unacceptable that it did not occur in this situation.  Additionally, this replay crew will not be eligible for assignment to an end-of-season bowl game."

If you missed the news conference, we will post some of the video of the players' remarks.
