Child Injured In NE OKC Auto-Ped Crash

A child on a bicycle was hit by a vehicle Wednesday night in northeast Oklahoma City, police said.

The auto-pedestrian crash happened near NE 50 and Interstate 35, police said.

The child riding a bicycle in a northbound lane of Interstate 35 when the juvenile was hit by a vehicle, troopers said. 

The driver of the vehicle stopped after the crash, troopers said.

The child was taken by paramedics to OU Medical Center.
